The process for ordering a MRI exam for patients

All you need to do is to fill in the referral form online print, sign and scan and email to us. Or you could fax your requisitions to 613 962 6136. To protect from any legal recourse we require the physicians signature, and not a digital form(as in a email). The slip must contain the following information:

MRI Exam will process all other necessary information and make an appointment for the patient at a nearby clinic within 24-48 hours.

Cost

mri-exam makes sure that its patients do not pay more than the listed price for a MRI Exam at any clinic or hospital anywhere in Canada, USA or rest of the globe. MRI EXAM charges $750 without contrast or $950 with contrast, for a normal MRI EXAM. The cost is not covered by OHIP in Ontario and MSP in BC in Canada but may be part of your extended health coverage.

Payment may be made online using our safe and secure PayPal system in advance or by cash or MasterCard/Visa and IS DUE IN FULL BEFORE THE EXAM.
